A note about our remanufactured fusers: Not all fusers are built the same. We test printer parts from all over the world and we only select the best. The picture to the right shows some of the fuser fixing films that we have tested from leading suppliers. Most of them work on plain paper but all of them failed our stringent testing on envelopes, labels, and heavy-stock letterhead. Many companies use these films in their refurbished fusers and consequently toner doesn't completely bond to thicker stock. Our fusers are built and tested to work on plain paper, labels, envelopes, and letterhead. |

*Fuser exchanges: By purchasing a maintenance kit with a fuser exchange you are agreeing to send us your old fuser within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive your defective fuser within 30 days we will contact you at the email or phone number given with the order. If the fuser core is not received within 45 days a $40 core charge will be issued to your credit card. Please send your defective fuser back in the box we sent along with the the included return authorization sheet. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. The shipping address and return instructions are included in the box. |

If you have never installed a maintenance kit this should help alleviate any worries you might have about installing the parts yourself.
